Have you ever been hard on yourself and then had a kind friend remind you that you'd never say such a thing to another person?
This week we continue the theme of self study, focusing on positive observations and speaking to ourselves with love.
Students will find an accessible practice, cultivating strength and flexibility balanced with time for stillness of body and mind. Incorporating mudras and breathing into a themed class, students are encouraged to move mindfully.
