February FAQ's

Q-What class can I choose for my first free class? 
A-Any class you'd like.  We offer 8 weekly live classes, pick the one that sounds good to you.


Q-I've never taken a yoga class, in person or online.  Which class would be best?  
A-Slow & Simple-Yoga for Stress Management, Monday Evening 7-8:15pm CST.  It really is slow and simple.  


Q-I am a current student.  What can I expect in a private session?
A-This personal 60 minute Zoom meeting offers a chance to discuss and break down poses, answer questions and discuss goals you have, and help you further your practice at home.  We can discuss meditation, nutrition and taking yoga off the mat.
Expect 30 minutes of movement & meditation, and 30 minutes of chatting.  Have a cup of tea handy!


Q-I am a new student, but the private class sounds better to me. What can I do?
A-Once you book your free class, you become a current student. Send a message to book your personal class! You may book your personal class before the group class to get your questions answered and some basics guidelines for beginning your practice.
