Personal Yoga This is a personalized class with focused attention and hands-on assists. Choose from Restorative, Healing, Hatha, Basics or Flow. Whether you have a goal (pose, weight loss, sleep better), or need help relaxing, meditating or healing in an active manner, a personal yoga class can help you achieve it. These classes are created just for you. I can help you sweat or help you sleep Yoga is Magic :) We will meet in a private Zoom room, or in person at the studio, 7143 W. Greenfield Avenue. Due to the nature of yoga, massage and healing, masks are optional and used upon request. If your immunity is compromised, please book a personal yoga session on Zoom.
Personal Healing: (60 & 90 minute) Enjoy a blend of very gentle yoga (held poses) with assisted stretch, intuitive energy healing and frequency sound healing. Use these sessions for acute help, or to create long term health in your mind, body & spirit. These fully-clothed sessions relieve pain and improve mobility. Please wear comfortable clothing with non-shiny (non-slip) pants. Due to the nature of yoga, massage and healing, masks are optional and used upon request.
