30 Days of Summer Yoga-Day 17
We decided today's class would be called "Soggy, Foggy & Groggy".
When we arrived at 6:15, there was fog on the field and fog in our brains as we stepped onto the damp grass. Being Monday, we were all a little tired from the weekend.
The beautiful thing about exercising in the morning is that it lifts the groggy right out of you. After just 45 minutes of slow, gentle movement, everyone left feeling energized and ready to get on with the day. We were still a little soggy though......
Only thirteen classes left....hurry!
