Wednesday-21st Yoga to Overcome a Negative Mind If your self-talk sounds like hate and negativity, use this class to learn how to create new patterns of loving kindness toward yourself. Go from zero to your own hero.
Thursday-22nd Yoga for Boundaries (Build Your Bubble) Learn how to enhance your own electromagnetic field so that your presence is stronger. Use these tools for when you are feeling introverted, but have to be extroverted. Also great if you are more comfortable at home, but are expected out

Saturday-24th Yoga for Loneliness (free & chair friendly) Well. The title says it all. This is Christmas Eve. If you are lonely, or you're looking for community, you are welcome. Cameras will be encouraged (but not necessary) for this seated, rejuvenating, uplifting class. We will focus on opening at the heart center to encourage a feeling of love and friendliness.
Sunday-25th Yoga to Release The Day (and your relatives) Reset into your energy with this fun and gentle class. A great session to attend if you are overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Ground back into your own energy. (this class is for EVERYONE!!)
Monday-26th Yoga for Depression Learn what postures will help reset your nervous systems for brighter mental and physical energy. This is a slow-paced class that will feature right-nostril breathing.
Tuesday-27th Yoga for Anxiety Learn grounding techniques and poses that can help you control and prevent anxiety and panic
Wednesday-28th Yoga for ADHD Use fun, repeated movements to encourage a dopamine release. Dopamine helps create a happy, focused brain. Repeated movements helps to quell the need to "stim"
Thursday-29th Yoga for Self-Care Release your responsibilities and focus on self-care. Perfect for teachers, caregivers, parents and healers. Give yourself permission to pause a moment. It's you time
Friday-30th Yoga for Insomnia Learn postures and breath practices to encourage the body into a state of quiet sleepiness. This class will feature a longer, guided savasanna. Have a blanket and pillow handy
Saturday-31st Yoga for Releasing Habits Stop holding yourself back! Use this class to release unhealthy habits, encourage and embrace new patterns of self-care This class will encourage self-reflection, forgiveness and compassion, and walking forward on a path you create, on purpose
